This session explores how the 5 C's of Positive Youth Development (Confidence, Competence, Connection, Character, and Caring) can be embedded into STEM classrooms to help students build these essential skills. By engaging in hands-on activities and real-world applications, participants will gain strategies to strengthen student engagement, collaboration, and perseverance in STEM. With a strong background in Positive Youth Development and STEM education, the presenter will provide practical approaches to preparing students for both technical mastery and workplace success. Participants will leave with ready-to-implement techniques to support student growth.
