Hello all! My name is Chef Kia Smith. I am the Culinary Arts Managment teacher at The Sumter Career and Technology Center located in Sumter, SC. I have won a number of awards throughout my teaching career along with features in magazines and our local newspaper. I enjoy working within the Sumter community with my students and helping students learn their potential. During my session, I will be discussing cross-curriculum. What is it? Why is it important?
