2025 SC Education + Business Summit

Hi! I am Jay Hancock and I just completed my 7th year as the chef instructor at the G. Frank Russell Technology Center in Greenwood, SC. Before that, I was in catering and college dining. My wife of nearly 15 years is a pastry chef and we have a 7 year old and twin 5 year old daughters. I was the teacher of the year 2022-2023 at RTC and am the 2024 SCRLAEF Educator of Excellence
