Chris Dinkins is a career-changer with 24 years of experience as a CTE teacher and CTE administrator. He has survived mid-year renovations, mid-year classroom changes, staffing mutinies, budget crises, and built a new CTE center while serving as a center Director with no Assistant Director. Through all of his experiences, Chris remains a proud educator and a constant recruiter of compassionate, kind-hearted, & youth-centric souls into the field of education. Chris is humbly proud to represent South Carolina CTE as the 2025 SCASA CTE Administrator of the Year.
As the founder and Chief Innovation Officer of The Edcitement Group, Chris is committed to creating and expanding authentic career and technical education experiences for all students across all learning environments and to recruiting premier talent as CTE classroom leaders.
