About me
I am a Family and Consumer Science Teacher. I have taught for almost 20 years in North Carolina and South Carolina. My favorite areas of Family and Consumer Science include but are not limited to Foods and Nutrition, Sewing,Clothing and Fashion and Interior Design. My husband and I are the proud parents of 3 children and one son-in-law. We are a house divided, with our son being a graduate from Clemson University and our youngest a senior at the University of South Carolina. Our middle daughter and her husband are graduates of Trevecca University in Nashville Tennessee, where they serve as Head Residents over the mens dorm. Our family enjoys hiking, doing puzzles and playing games. Recently, we purchased a cabin in the mountains of North Carolina which has become our escape during this time of quarantine. I will start my 3rd year a Clover High School teaching Family and Consumer Science at the Ninth Grade Academy the beginning of August.
